Q.Can you help someone who is depressed, or who is unsure about what to do with their life?
A.Individual Counselling and/or Psychotherapy sessions are available for people who are in emotional and psychological distress. This can take many forms including depression, fear, anxiety or a loss of meaning in life. Counselling tends to be relatively short term and to focus on current personal difficulties, while psychotherapy is a longer process which helps people to understand the deeper roots of their present circumstances.
