Low Cost Counselling is provided for clients that may not be able to afford to see a therapist privately. We provide one to one therapy for adults with senior trainee Psychotherapists. These therapists all have considerable experience in the caring professions or equivalent and work under supervision.

Austin Breslin, Dip. in Counselling and Psychotherapy, BSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy
      
Austin Breslin is a Director of the Personal Counselling & Psychotherapy Centre. He is the Co-Coordinator of the Low Cost Counselling Service. He holds a Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy and a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University. His approach is Humanistic and Integrative drawing on the Person Centred Approach, Gestalt and CBT. He is presently training in Body Psychotherapy in Switzerland with the founder of Biosynthesis Mr David Boadella.
