Individual Counselling and/or Psychotherapy sessions are available for people who are in emotional and psychological distress. This can take many forms including depression, fear, anxiety or a loss of meaning in life. Counselling tends to be relatively short term and to focus on current personal difficulties, while psychotherapy is a longer process which helps people to understand the deeper roots of their present circumstances.
Marriage and Relationship Counselling is for individuals and couples who need to make changes in their present situation. Distress may be caused by growing conflict, difficulty with acknowledging or expressing feelings, sexual problems or a range of other factors. This work can help you understand and come to terms with the problems in your relationship and help you to work towards your own solutions.
Adolescents successfully meet most challenges posed by the various stages of their development. When they are unable to do so, problems manifest themselves through difficulties in learning, relationships and in emotional & behavioural development. Young people and their families can be helped to work through these stages. We offer one to one counselling for Adolescents.
