BetterCare™ is an Irish owned and operated award winning mental health service - accredited as an Irish Business All Star 'Best Mental Health Service Company 2025'. BetterCare™ mental health service focusses on improving mental health services for Ireland.

At BetterCare we provide a private mental health / learning disability assistance programme designed for secondary school students.

Our services are tailored to meet the unique developmental needs of our nations minors.

This comprehensive programme is staffed by expertly trained accredited professionals offering compassionate supports including psychotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, clinical / counselling psychology & educational psychology, furthermore, the BetterCare team includes child & adolescent psychiatrists for even the most complex challenges our students may face today. Our unique dynamic team of experts makes all necessary supports for Ireland's youths accessible by breaking down barriers to effective and efficient healthcare for all.

BetterCare doctors carry out a range of psychological assessments remotely and in-person where required for neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. We also conduct psychoeducational assessments for specific learning disabilities (SLD) such as Dyslexia, Dyscalculia and Dysgraphia with all reports being recognised by the psychological society of Ireland (PSI) and the Irish Medical council (IMC) and thus recognised by all government departments such as the department of education and social protection.

Additionally, an affiliation with BetterCare mental health services offers your school an opportunity to extend reliable, compassionate support to students and families with confidence in knowing- they can expect to receive the highest standard of care available in Ireland.  

We also collaborate and/or liaise with guidance counsellors and other faculty confidentially to ensure continuity of care for the students.
